Fixture Replacement, Addition and Relocation
Staybright Electric (SBE) recognizes that lighting in parking lots or on the exteriors of retail or commercial buildings are susceptible to damage, necessitating fixture replacement, addition, or relocation. Bad weather conditions, careless drivers, and vandalism are just a few of the ways exterior lighting can be damaged.
On the same note, interior light fixtures can also be the victims of carelessness. For example, it is common to see light fixtures in receiving areas struck by pallets of product. Fixtures simply wear out over time and require replacement.
Remodels or remerchandising may cause a need for additional lighting to be installed or existing lighting to be relocated. SBE has extensive experience in fixture replacement, installation of new fixtures, and existing fixture relocation, including parking lot light poles and pole base pedestals.
Fixture replacement is a service that is included in our schedule maintenance packages, but can also be performed as an on-call service similar to fixture additions and relocations.
